Ottawa, ON (July 29th, 2021) – Atlético Ottawa is excited to announce Nepean Hotspurs Soccer Club as the newest community partner of the Powered by Atlético Ottawa program.

The Nepean Hotspurs Soccer Club has a long and recognized tradition of providing our athletes with the highest level of training in the finer skills of soccer and overall athleticism. The Hotspurs were established in 1970 and works with all areas from recreational to competitive programming.

The Powered by Atlético Ottawa program will give Nepean Hotspurs additional expertise, resources, and unforgettable experiences to their members. In addition, facilitate a pathway for their youth players to be identified by Atlético de Madrid, Atlético Ottawa and the Canadian Premier League.

“As we move closer to the ‘Pay What You Want’ home opener we are excited to have another community partner on board to support the club. The Hotspurs are close by and we hope to see many of their players at our matches in 2021 and beyond,” says Jeff Hunt, Atlético Ottawa, President.
