Luke Singh called up to Trinidad & Tobago National Team for upcoming 2023 Gold Cup
Atlético Ottawa defender Luke Singh has been called-up to represent Trinidad & Tobago at the 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup which kicks off this weekend.
Singh, who is on loan at Ottawa from Major League Soccer side Toronto FC, has previously represented Trinidad & Tobago at the U17 and U20 levels. However, the 22-year-old eligible to also play for Canada is uncapped at the senior level and isn’t currently tied to either country.
Atlético Ottawa forward Malcolm Shaw is also part of the 23-man squad for the Gold Cup with the Soca Warriors’ tournament starting this Sunday:
- Trinidad & Tobago v Saint Kitts and Nevis (Sunday, June 25, 2023)
- Jamaica vs Trinidad & Tobago (Wednesday, June 28, 2023)
- USA vs Trinidad & Tobago (Sunday, July 2, 2023)
Singh has featured 12 times for Atlético Ottawa in all competitions so far this season, starting all but one match (Canadian Championship first round against Halifax Wanderers). Singh will miss this weekend’s match against Forge FC.
