Here we go… now that the 2022 CanPL schedule has been released, it’s time to dissect each month! Let’s take a quick look at some key home matches, some key dates and other bits and bobs from the 2022 Atleti schedule. Reminder that 2022 Single Match Tickets and 2022 Flex Pass Memberships are now on sale, so if a few different matches or dates catch your eye, grab yourself a Flex Pass!

APRIL

Gotta start at the beginning, right? The 2022 Atleti Home Opener is April 9th vs Cavalry. Kick off will be 3pm. Our first home game of 2022 will be awesome. The energy at last year’s Home Opener is the stuff they write songs about.

We have three total matches in April to kick off the season.  April 9 vs Cavalry. April 16 vs HFX, and April 24th vs Valour FC. Keep you eye on that match with HFX. Those matches always seem to have a little edge to them.

MAY

One match in May on the 7th. Kickoff at 6pm. We are looking forward to this one, as we host the current champs, Pacific FC. This will be a good test.

JUNE

Two matches in June. June 5 vs Pacific FC and June 14 vs York United FC. Circle that one against York United as some bad blood is brewing with our Toronto rivals.

JULY

Super busy July with three matches. July 9 vs Cavalry FC. July 17 vs Valour FC and July 31 vs Forge FC. That Forge FC match is certain to be of interest for our club. Beating then would be very sweet.

AUGUST

The Atleti Summer continues with three big matches in August. August 7 vs FC Edmonton, August 17 vs our friends from Halifax and we cap off the month with another round with Hamilton (Forge FC) on August 27.

SEPTEMBER

One match in September. The Eddies pay us a visit on Sept 2. This is Friday night game under the lights to kick off the Labour Day Long Weekend. Did someone say FC Edmonton Labour Day Classic?

OCTOBER

Final match of the regular season goes down on October 9th at 4pm. We play York United FC. This match will most likely have a huge impact on the playoffs.
