PHOTO GALLERY: The “Making It To Safety” Jersey Debut
Despite the final score, it is nights like these that remind us some things are bigger than football. The build up for this night has been over a year in the making. From seeing Drew Beckie help a family move, then having Zach Roy host an immersive exhibit and then months later finally launching the jersey, it has been surreal to see both the players and fans wear the “Making It To Safety” jersey.
Our partnership with Shelter Movers Ottawa aims to not only raise awareness for the organization, but help raise funds for their ‘next 1000 moves’ as well. A portion of each jersey sale ($10) will go towards all the great work that Shelter Movers Ottawa do.
