FC Edmonton stretched their unbeaten streak to three games on Friday night, as they drew 0-0 in the nation’s capital with Atlético Ottawa.

Both sides had their chances, but the two outfits saw their attacking attempts stifled by the opponent as the well-organized teams effectively shut each other down.

Atlético Ottawa, who remain atop the table on Friday night but may not be after the weekend’s other matches, have now been held scoreless in two consecutive home games — although they also haven’t conceded in either match.
